Did you know as an Ontario employer you could receive a $10K grant per employee for training costs?

Professional development is a great way to motivate your employees and improve their job satisfaction. Employees are often looking to develop their skills and advance their careers. Offering them access to training courses or seminars can be a highly valued reward. This can help them feel more invested in their role and motivated to continue learning and improving.

As an Ontario employer you could receive a $10,000 grant per employee for training costs, The Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) is a program that provides financial support to employers. With the COJG, employers can receive up to $10,000 in government grant per person for training costs. Small employers with less than 100 employees need to contribute 1/6 of training costs, while large employers with 100 or more employees need to contribute 1/2 of training costs.

This is a great low-cost employee reward that will boost morale and productivity.
