Refer a Candidate

It is hereby acknowledged that you may be eligible for a candidate referral bonus in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
  • The referral bonus shall be paid subject to the fulfillment of all terms and conditions set forth by Amark Talent Solutions.

  • In order to be eligible for the referral bonus, you must refer a candidate who enters into a representation agreement with Amark Talent Solutions and is subsequently hired by one of our clients through a job placement agreement with Amark Talent Solutions.

  • The referred candidate must meet all eligibility criteria established by Amark Talent Solutions and on behalf of its’ client, as determined exclusively by Amark Talent Solutions.

  • The referred candidate must not have been successfully matched with and hired for a job placement arranged by Amark Talent Solutions within the past 24 months.

  • The referred candidate must confirm the referral from you, the referee, through the completion of a referral form instructions.

  • Only referrals that are matched will be eligible for the bonus. If you refer a candidate and the referred candidate indicates that they were referred by another individual, you will not be eligible for the bonus.

  • The referred candidate must be placed on a job within one year of the referral date and must satisfy the client's guarantee period (generally 90 days) and any other terms and conditions as specified in the client agreement.

  • The referral bonus will be paid in the form of a gift card, sent via email to the address provided on the referral form. The bonus will be paid once the hired candidate satisfies the client's guarantee period (generally 90 days) and any other terms and conditions as specified in the client agreement, and Amark Talent Solutions has been paid in full.

  • It is hereby acknowledged that Amark Talent Solutions shall not be held responsible or liable for any tax implications arising from the receipt of the referral bonus by the referee. The referee shall be solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes owed in connection with the referral bonus.

  • The referral bonus payment timeframe is usually within 10 business days of the completion of the guarantee period (generally 90 days), but this is subject to change and may be amended at the sole discretion of Amark Talent Solutions.

  • By participating in the candidate referral program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Refer a Hiring Manager (Client)

It is hereby acknowledged that you may be eligible for a candidate referral bonus in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  • In order to be eligible for the referral bonus, you must refer a Hiring Manager/Client who enters into a representation agreement with Amark Talent Solutions and is subsequently hires one of our clients through a Recruitment Services Agreement .

  • The Hiring Manager/Client must not have had a placement filled by Amark Talent Solutions in the past 24 months.

  • The hiring manager/Client must place a job order and have it filled within one year of the referral date, and the candidate placed must work a minimum of three months consecutively before a referral bonus is paid. 

  • The referred Hiring Manager/Client must confirm the referral from you, the referee, through the completion of a referral form.

  • Only referrals that are matched will be eligible for the bonus. If you refer a Hiring Manager/Client and the referred Hiring Manager/Client indicates that they were referred by another individual, you will not be eligible for the bonus.

  • The referral bonus will be paid in the form of a gift card, sent via email, once the hired candidate reaches the client’s guarantee date (usually 90 days) and Amark Talent Solutions has been paid in full.

  • Payment Timeframe: If you qualify for the bonus, you will be notified.

Terminology 

Referrer: A person who makes a referral, typically to a job or position.

Referee: A person who is referred, typically to a job or position, by someone else.

Hiring Manager (Client): In the terms of this agreement a hiring manager is an individual who is responsible and has authority for making hiring decisions executing legal agreements within an organization. In the context of a staffing agency, the hiring manager is considered a client, who partners with the agency to find and place suitable candidates for their job vacancies.

Candidate: A candidate refers to a person who is seeking employment and applies for a job opening or opportunity. In the context of a staffing agency, the candidate is an individual who is registered with the agency and is interested in being considered for job placements.
